I've tried a couple of the recipes - with success according to those that ate the caramels. The only caution is that some of the recipes are written for an experienced cook. But most of the recipes could be for anyone regardless of experience. I wanted to try making candy - something I haven't tried before outside of fudge. Itlooks good but I haven't tried any of them yet
Very well written, easy to use.
There were no pictures which always help when making something new.
